Return, Refund & Cancellation – KoshClub Bags

At Kosh Club, we design and manufacture bags with care, precision, and purpose. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we aim to make the return and refund process transparent and fair for both you and us.

1. What is Kosh Club’s return window?

We offer a 5-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The bag must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • The return request must be initiated within the eligible timeframe

2. Which products are eligible for return?

Kosh Club currently sells bags only.

All bags are eligible for return unless:
  • The product was purchased during a special sale, clearance, or promotional offer
  • The product shows signs of usage, wear, or damage
  • The return request falls outside the approved time window

Return eligibility, if restricted, is always mentioned on the product or offer page.

3. What happens after I return my product?

Once the returned bag reaches our warehouse:
  • It undergoes a quality inspection
  • Refund or replacement is processed only after approval
  • Products failing inspection due to usage or damage will not be accepted

4. What conditions can lead to return rejection?

A return request may be declined if:
  • The bag is used, washed, or damaged
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • Damage is caused by improper handling or negligence
  • The product was purchased under a non-returnable promotion

5. Are shipping or COD charges refundable?

  • Original shipping charges
  • COD handling fees
  • are non-refundable.

A ₹200 return shipment charge is deducted to cover logistics partner costs.

6. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, partial returns are allowed — with the following guidelines:
  • Each bag in an order is treated as a separate return unit
  • You can initiate a return only for the specific item(s) you wish to send back
  • Refunds will be processed only for approved returned items
  • Shipping and COD charges apply at the order level and are not recalculated for partial returns

Recommended best practice (for Kosh Club operations):

  • Allow one consolidated pickup for multiple returned items
  • Use item-level return approval, not order-level
  • Clearly show refundable amount breakdown during return initiation

7. How do I initiate a return?

You can request a return by:
  • Logging into your Kosh Club account
  • Navigating to My Orders
  • Selecting the item(s) you wish to return
  • Submitting the return request within the allowed period

Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.

8. What if I refuse delivery or the order is returned undelivered?

If an order is:
  • Refused at delivery, or
  • Returned to us due to failed delivery attempts

A refund will be issued after deducting shipping, COD, and handling charges once the item is received back at our warehouse.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection approval
  • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method
  • COD refunds are processed via store credit.

10. What is Kosh Club’s cancellation policy?

Pre-dispatch cancellations:
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Full refund is issued within 48 hours
Post-dispatch cancellations:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • Customers may initiate a return after delivery, as per return policy

11. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

To raise a claim:
  • Record a clear, continuous unboxing video
  • The video must start with the sealed package and show first-time opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Opened-package videos or delayed claims may not be accepted.
